온 세상의 모든 백성들은 그들이 완전히 오도되어 영생의 기회를 놓치고 말았다는 사실을 인식하고는 완전한 좌절에 빠진다. 그들은 미칠듯한 적개심을 가지고 그들의 종교 지도자들을 대항한다. 그들은 “불로” 음녀를 “불사른다.” (472.6)

 그러나 짐승과 음녀는 “산 채로 유황불 붙는 못에 던지”운다. 그리고 예수 그리스도와 함께 구름 속으로 끌어올림을 받지 않은, 지상에 살아 있는 모든 사람들은 죽임을 당한다(계 19:20). 그 후에 일천 년간의 복스러운 시대가 시작된다(계20장). (472.7)
