For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:26)

By faith.

See on Rom. 1:5, 17; Gal. 3:11. Jew and Gentile alike are to be saved by faith, not by the “works of the law” (see on ch. 2:16)

Children of God.

Literally, “sons of God,” having been “born again” as members of God’s family in heaven and on earth (see on Matt. 5:9; John 1:12, 13; 3:3, 5; Rom. 8:15, 16; 9:8, 26; Eph. 3:15; John 3:1, 2).

Ye are all.

That is, both Jews and Gentiles (see v. 28).
