Proclaim Divine Message to All the World—I am bidden to say to our publishing houses. Lift up the standard; lift it up. Proclaim the third angel’s message, that all the world may hear, and know that there is a people who “keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.” Let our literature give the divine message as a witness to all the world.
